Our Story
Michael and Jill Diemer are local landlords who independently own and operate their rental units under Diemer Properties. They service approximately 180 residents per year, focusing on providing quality Burlington housing.
Having lived on North Union St. for over ten years, they enjoyed restoring their Historic 1877 Italianate Victorian home. During this time, they were close neighbors with many of their residents, allowing Jill to become deeply involved with town/gown issues from the dual perspective of a resident and landlord. This unique understanding has helped her address the needs of both students and long-term local residents.
